Universidad Loyola Andalucía is the first private university in the region of Andalucía (Spain). The university originated in ETEA, the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of Córdoba, a higher education center founded in 1963. The establishment of Loyola University Andalucía was approved by the Parliament of Andalusia in 2011. Moreover, it is a project promoted by the Society of Jesus. It has two campuses, Campus ETEA in Cordoba and Campus Palmas Atlas in Seville. The university academic offer includes a wide range of Bachelor's degrees, Masters and PhD in the areas of Business, Economics, Law, Political Social Sciences, Communication, Education and Engineering. It also has a strong vocation for research, with more than 15 innovative interdisciplinary strands, thus becoming a research university. Nonetheless, the Loyola University Andalucía conducts student exchanges with top-ranked universities around the world, among them its partner Loyola University Chicago.
